The Terri Ann 123 Diet Plan is a three-stage eating plan, throughout each stage of the plan you will enjoy delicious nutritional breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

The plan has been designed to help you achieve maximum results throughout your weight loss journey.

The plan is made up of 3 key stages, each stage is repeated until you reach your goal weight.

The 1st stage is called “10 Day Boost” in this stage you will lose weight at a faster rate as you start to introduce your new eating habits.

The 2nd and 3rd Stages last 7 days each, during each stage we add new foods and start you on your way to a healthier lifestyle in which you can maintain.

Every stage of the plan has a combination of different foods allowances such as meat, fish, poultry eaten alongside dairy, salad, vegetables, fruit plus lots of nutrient dense carbohydrates such as sweet potatoes, fruit, wholemeal bread, quinoa, nuts.

The plan gives you the freedom to decide what you wish to eat on each stage although we do provide over 50 meal plans with your membership.
