The Terri-Ann 123 Diet Plan is a three stage eating plan. The main foods eaten on the weight loss stages of the plan are Meat, Fish, Poultry, Dairy, Salad and Vegetables. It also allows a variety of nutrient dense carbohydrates throughout each stage which keeps weight loss consistent. You can enjoy carbohydrates such as sweet potatoes, fruit, wholemeal bread, nuts and lots of other foods which contain a great balance of carbohydrate.
The plan is made up of 3 key stages the 1st stage is called “10 Day Boost” in this stage you will lose weight at a faster rate as you start to introduce your new eating habits.
The 2nd and 3rd Stages last 7 days each, during each stage we add new foods and start you on you way to a healthier lifestyle in which you can maintain.
